How to perform it

Step-by-step instructions

  1. 01Lower into a deep squat with your feet flat, knees aligned with your toes, and chest lifted.
  2. 02Hold only the depth where you can keep your heels grounded and your balance centered.
  3. 03Gently press both knees outward to increase hip abduction without rolling onto the outer edges of your feet.
  4. 04Bring the knees slightly inward under control without allowing them to collapse or the arches to flatten.
  5. 05Continue the small outward-and-inward movement while keeping your pelvis low and torso steady.
